Bianca Lashae Moore is a proud native of Marion, Alabama where she was salutatorian of the
class of 2009. She entered Miles College as a presidential scholarship recipient, where she
furthered her studies and her involvement of campus relations. Bianca was Miss Freshman,
Sophomore Class president, Honors Curriculum president and climaxing as the 76 th Miss Miles
College. Bianca was a 2013 Summa Cum Laude graduate, earning the rank of salutatorian and
the Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education English/Language Arts. Following Miles
College, Bianca earned a Master’s degree and Educational Specialist degree in Instructional
Leadership from Samford University. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Samford
University, seeking to earn her Ed.D in Education Administration. Currently, Bianca serves as
Assistant Principal at Tarrant High School within Tarrant City Schools, having prior taught
English/Language Arts and Reading for seven years.
A servant leader, committed to developing the very best in all those she encounters, Bianca is a
woman of faith, yielding to God’s will for her life. Thus, she strives to align her life according to
God’s word and will. Her involvement in the community is channeled through her membership
with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Upsilon Eta Omega chapter. She is also a board
of director with the Harmonie Grace Foundation, a non-profit organization serving the NICU
community. Bianca also proudly serves as a member of the Greeters Ministry in her church,
Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Pratt City. When Bianca is not serving in various capacities,
she enjoys the comfort of her home in Fultondale, Alabama and traveling to her hometown of
Marion, Alabama to spend time with her family. Bianca enjoys reading and mediating, coupled
with dancing and much laughter. Bianca is forever indebted to Miles College for nurturing and
developing her as a young woman. For all success in life, she owes thee, Dear Ole Miles.
