Description
Brandon Johnson is the People Analytics and Danaher Business Systems Leader for the Diagnostics Platform at
Danaher Corporation where he is responsible for leading the Diagnostics Platform towards a more data driven and
insights led culture in the workforce and talent space. In this role, Brandon uses his knowledge and experience to
solve real-world problems that occur within the organization, acts as the change agent in HR when it comes to data,
analytics and technology as well as leads the Diagnostics Platform HR leaders in building up their DBS muscle! Prior
to this role, Brandon worked as the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst for the Water Quality Platform at Danaher
Corporation; tasked with ensuring data quality as well as deploying a more efficient way to gather and deliver data and
insights, while also serving as the D+I Chair for one of the Danaher Operating Companies.
Prior to joining Danaher, Brandon worked for one year at Genworth Financial and three years at BBVA Compass,
where his responsibilities ranged from being the data evangelist as they implemented a people analytics function and
tool (BBVA) to managing the HRIS applications for shared services and the learning management system. During this
time, Brandon used his skills to take the infrastructure that was in place and create, implement and educate the HR
functions and it's tangential businesses on how to use the tools as well as taking the data loads from our SQL data
bases from a monthly feed down to a daily feed with an automated audit process.
Brandon completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Information Systems
and a focus in international studies from Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama, and his Masters of Science Degree in
Applied Mathematics with a focus in Topology and Analytics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While at
Miles college, Brandon became a member of THE Eta Epsilon Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
Brandon also participated in many research and study abroad trips (China, India, Dubai, South Africa and Greece)
through the Miles College Intelligence Community, Center of Academic Excellence (MC IC CAE) where he
conducted research in the areas of mathematics, technology and education. Furthermore, he participated
in the 2012 National Security Analysis & Intelligence Summer Seminar (NSAISS) within the MC IC CAE that was
held at John Hopkins DC Campus.
Outside of work, Brandon loves to spend time with his newly expanded family, taking care of his 40+ plants and
the lifelong love for art, with an emphasis on photography at the moment, but also loves drawing and painting as
well as new found love and appreciation for collecting pieces of art from around the world. Brandon is a former
