Greetings, I am Joycelyn Tinker, Junior here at Miles College and I am running to be your next Miss Miles College. My Platform is, A Wealth of Virtues: Mind, Body, and Spirit. A quote that I have adopted as my personal philosophy are the words of Dr. George Washington Carver.
